All sound bath meditations are 1 hour long, followed with chocolate and tea for grounding.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you'll need to lie down and get cozy (bolster, eye cover, blocks, etc).
