Enjoy a relaxing Sound + Restorative Yoga Meditation. Cara with Renew Bliss will walk us through restorative yoga poses, each held for about 10 minutes, while a Sound Bath is in session to create a one of a kind, duel modality, healing experience! Followed with chocolate and tea for grounding.
